I have thoroughly enjoyed the ILM level 5 coaching course undertaken with TDCS. Tina was an excellent facilitator and the learning material was clear, informative and very useful when coaching clients. Tina was approachable and very positive in her approach to supporting us to succeed in this course. I gained so many skills which I not only use in coaching but also in facilitating groups and in my management supervision with the team. The books suggested by Tina have been invaluable to my learning and I have gained real confidence in coaching conversations. I have also really enjoyed meeting and working with colleagues from across the Trust and feel that the support we have offered each other to succeed has been of huge benefit. A thoroughly enjoyable and insightful course.

This was my first ever coaching experience which I was recommended by a work colleague to take forward. I found the coaching extremely helpful and exactly what I needed to move forward with my role / personal life which made me feel that I could reach expectations that I felt I wasn’t able to at the start of the coaching. It gave me the confidence to think clearer, differently and approach subjects with ease and also look at issues so differently. Tina was extremely professional, easy to talk to, very observant and listened which made me feel at ease, no matter what the conversations were. I have now found that after all my sessions my way of working has improved and also that I am looking at things with a different light and also with confidence. Tina will be someone that I will keep in contact, if in the future I need further coaching.

I just wanted to say thanks for the coaching session yesterday.  Last night I sorted out my office, and it’s now super organised with Covey’s matrix and post it notes.  Today has been really productive working through the important / urgent tasks, but the main result is that my head feels clearer with a much decreased mental load!  Email also feels more manageable now with the follow up flags and task pane. 

Really looking forward to our next session in a few weeks!

Thank you so much for what I have found to be really enjoyable, safe and informative sessions where I could really open up and expose myself to you on what I was feeling and going through as a new senior leader here at ENHT. I feel I have grown so much as a leader and feel confident now to really embed what I have learnt into my practice (still at times feel a long way to go, but keep reflecting and find myself knowing what I need to do and have the confidence to do this).

Tina has a knack of bringing out the best in your leadership style by giving you confidence in your strengths and helping you see and shape alternative approaches to challenging situations. This ability comes from her listening and understanding first, then asking thought provoking questions that lead to insights and ideas. She helped me become more direct, stronger at holding my ground and being seen as equal to my peers – all in a way that is in-line with my natural character and personality. I particularly liked this about her approach because it’s about authenticity and nothing else.

Tina is a superb trainer/facilitator, She has a calm and focused approach, generates good learning outcomes and enthuses her delegates! She approaches her work and responds to issues with great integrity. I learnt a huge amount from Tina and would very much recommend her services.

Tina has been an excellent tutor / lecturer, working well with all students in the class. The subjects have been covered in a way that holds the group’s interest and draws upon Tina’s own business experience as well as creating lively and interactive discussions. Tina has made herself readily available when needed to offer additional support and advice, and is always willing to share her knowledge and experience to aid greater understanding. I was lucky enough to have Tina as a mentor last year whilst I was transitioning into a larger role within SAS and the Professional Services team I managed were expanding rapidly. Tina was supportive, a good sounding board for ideas and helped me push the boundaries of my comfort zone to take on greater challenges and responsibilities. Her focus, business knowledge, enthusiasm and sincerity and empathy made the experience very rewarding and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Tina provided Sales coaching and training to our new recruited mid market team for the UK. With Tina’s years of sales experience she was the perfect person to help create a framework for the sales team and a methodology to work towards. This was so successful we rolled it out to our channel partners across the UK to facilitate how to speed up the sales cycle and create the right networks and opportunities including closing and sealing the deal.

Tina has facilitated 2 ILM5 coaching and mentoring programmes for 20 of our staff. I would highly recommend her knowedge, expertise and excellent facilitation skills. Tina has also facilitated group coaching supervision sessions for our coaches which have supported our coaching practices and contributed towards our continued professional development.
